It's also easy to push and feels solid when navigating kerbs or woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold. 1. Babyzen YOYO2 The Babyzen YOYO2 has built a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its nimble maneuverability and foldable design that can be tucked away in aeroplane overhead luggage. The base frame weighs less than a kilogram, and is so light that you can lift it from the box with just one hand. The hood, as an example snaps onto the YOYO2 in a calm manner. It's also machine washable up to 30 degrees which helps prevent the stains that result from smushed rice cakes and carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram starting from birth with the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis. 2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great choice for parents who are looking for a versatile stroller. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore can be converted from a stroller to a wagon by simply flipping the handle. Parents can then choose the best mode for their journey. The wagon can be used by one or two children from 6 months up to 5 years old, and it comes with a large storage basket for everything you require on the go. The Xplore has dual canopies which rotate from front-to-back, providing adequate sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than other wagons. This may not be suitable for long trips or napping. The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, however, it isn't able to bend as much as other wagons that we tried. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the other models, and it does not close tightly when folded. It is easy to maneuver, though, and it is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors. 3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and folded size that means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a car trunk or closet. It also features a multi-position reclined seat and cup holders for the parent. Other key features include two large hanging storage bags and 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels. In our push and turn test, it did better than many of the other strollers of a similar price we tested, but it's still not the easiest to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the tiniest of strollers we tested. They only cover the top, and don't have windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger sunshades. It took us under 3 minutes to put together the Delta with a standard manual. None of the parts required tools. However, it is missing some essential features we believe it is important to consider as non-negotiable features in a double stroller, for example, a larger basket and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests. 4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1 The Zelia is the latest addition to Maxi-Cosi's pushchair range and is billed as an urban travel system. It can be used from birth to around 3.5-years-old. small single stroller and seat can be converted easily with only a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, stay-in-car base and a reversible carriage. It is really easy to maneuver and the one-hand recline of the seat as well as the huge shopping basket make it simple for parent-tots to get the child in and out quickly. This narrow pushchair handled every day bumps and doors easily. The front wheels can to be locked in a forward-facing position and can also pivot. This is helpful when navigating rough terrain. We let the front wheels to rotate during our walk on an uneven path. It handled the situation well, even though it felt a little more bumpy. 5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled, all-terrain jogging strollers. But they also produce a wide selection of pushchairs with four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most sought-after models. It folds easily and fits into the car's boot even with the carrycot attached. It is heavier than the other strollers we've tested, but because it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-made. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all types of terrain and it's easy to carry even with two kids and a shopping bag. Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers' faces. It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to hold a change bag or plenty of groceries. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). If you need a stroller that can be used on the road, the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice. 6. Nuna Mixx Next When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it instantly captured the hearts of parents all over the world. It's an aluminium framed stroller that will see you through your baby's first years and beyond. It is a standout model with many unique features, like the ability of the seat to flip between the parent and the world, a large UPF50+ canopy with a flip-out eyeshade, and an adjustable handlebar. The chassis is equipped with an integrated suspension system that reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam, which reduces punctures. It was easy to push and our test driver was able to maneuver the car through narrow streets. It folds in four simple steps and automatically locks without hassle. It can also be rolled and raised for easier transportation down the stairs or in the boot of the car. It also comes equipped with the option to add a car seat or carrycot with the adaptors included. The brakes are simple to use with single action, colour coded and flip-flop friendly. 7. Babyzen Duet This single pushchair that is budget-friendly is surprisingly easy to handle and features excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It's also extremely light and sturdy. The seat can be reclined into many different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress that's suitable for infants. The canopy/seat comes with two big sun visors that can be fixed or removed. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't great it's not as quiet as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies. The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be configured to accommodate twins or other siblings (up to 22kg max per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can face each other or can be turned around to face parents, theoretically cutting down on sibling fights over who should sit with mom and dad. It comes with a huge gear tray as well as a bottle holder and snack trays. It also has an automated frame lock and a superior compact fold. 8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2. The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great stroller for parents who like to be active. It's among the lightest strollers you can purchase for your child. It comes with amazing safety features, including a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It has a different type of hand brake than other models that is a twist. The seat is comfortable and has a wide area to sit in, however the depth of the seat is not as deep as other joggers we've tested (it's approximately 10”). The storage bin is encased with a zipper to keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs. This is enough for most diaper bags. The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with infant car seats or bassinets as of yet, but you can use it right from the start by purchasing adapters to most seats from brands like BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby. It folds down compactly and takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble without tools. The manual is simple to understand and includes multiple languages.
